Order Processing
We aim to process all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak order volume or special sales, processing may take longer; in such cases we will notify you via email or SMS.
Shipping Coverage & Methods
We ship to customers across Tamil Nadu and selected major cities in India. If your location is currently not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancellation.
Available shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping (default courier)
- Express Shipping (where available)
If you have a preferred courier partner, you may mention it at checkout — we’ll attempt to accommodate, subject to availability.
Delivery Time Estimates
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- South India (outside Tamil Nadu): 3–7 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
Please note: these are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, remote area delivery constraints, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on delivery location, order weight and chosen shipping method. Where applicable, we may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value or during promotions — such details will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery in cases where the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery, or if delivery is refused. Re-delivery or reshipping may incur additional charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order ID and clear photos or videos of the package and product. We will review and, if approved, will provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
Shipping Restrictions & Non-Shippable Items
Some products — especially highly perishable goods or those restricted by courier regulations — may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations. We will inform you before dispatch if such restrictions apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We will update this section when such services become available.
Delays & Shipping Issues
Dispatch and delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience — in case of significant delays, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date and provide support.
