Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received your product, without providing a reason.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are unused and in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or specially prepared items.
  • Perishable items that deteriorate quickly.
  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened.
  • Items that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
